Services/Rapid Proof of Concept

From "Idea" to
Market-Ready in 4 Weeks.

Stop guessing. We validate your business hypothesis with a functional, high-quality MVP designed to secure funding or onboard your first 100 users.

The Common Mistake

Most startups die because they build too much.

We see it constantly: Founders spending 6 months and $50,000+ building a "perfect" V1 with 20 features, only to launch and realize users only cared about one thing.

This is "Development Hell." It drains your runway and kills momentum.

TENEX flips this model. We identify the single most risky assumption of your business and build a product specifically to test that assumption.

The TENEX Difference

The 28-Day Sprint

A disciplined, transparent schedule designed to get you to market while the opportunity is fresh.

Week 01

Code-First Blueprint

We skip the static design phase. We prototype directly in the frontend code using the stack best suited for your requirements. You interact with real buttons, not pictures.

Deliverables

  • Interactive Frontend Prototype
  • Tech Spec & Architecture
  • User Flow Validation
Week 02

Functional Core

The 'Proof' of the Concept. We connect the logic and database. By the end of this week, the core value proposition is functional and testable.

Deliverables

  • Working Business Logic
  • Database Connection
  • Core Feature Implementation
Week 03

Integration & Polish

We refine the UI/UX, ensure responsiveness, and integrate necessary third-party APIs (Payments, Auth, Messaging). The rough edges become smooth.

Deliverables

  • UI/UX Polish
  • API Integrations
  • Mobile Responsiveness
Week 04

Flexible Deployment

We deploy the production build to your preferred environment—whether that's Cloud (AWS/GCP), VPS, or Bare Metal. We hand over the keys.

Deliverables

  • Live Production URL
  • Full Source Code
  • Analytics Setup
Industries & Scenarios

Who needs a Rapid POC?

Before you commit 6 months of budget, validate your assumptions in 4 weeks.

Early-Stage Founders

The Trap

Investors won't fund a slide deck anymore. You need to prove the technology works.

The POC Fix

A functional MVP used to demo live to VCs, securing your pre-seed round.

Recent Example

"Built a Web3 wallet prototype in 3 weeks that helped a founder secure $1.2M in pre-seed."

Enterprise Innovation

The Trap

Internal red tape prevents testing new ideas on the main legacy codebase.

The POC Fix

A standalone micro-app that validates the feature without touching core infrastructure.

Recent Example

"Created a logistical dashboard for a shipping giant to test a new route algorithm without touching their SAP."

AI & LLM Products

The Trap

Unsure if the AI model actually provides value or just hallucinates.

The POC Fix

A quick interface wrapped around the API to test real-world prompt engineering results.

Recent Example

"A legal-tech document summarizer POC that proved 90% accuracy before full development."

FinTech & Compliance

The Trap

Full compliance takes months. You don't want to build it if users don't want it.

The POC Fix

A sandbox environment to test user flows and UX before investing in security audits.

Recent Example

"Mock banking interface to test Gen Z user engagement patterns for a new savings app."

SaaS Extensions

The Trap

You want to add a new vertical but don't want to bloat the main product yet.

The POC Fix

An integrated prototype to gauge current user interest and adoption rates.

Recent Example

"Built a 'CRM Lite' add-on for an email marketing tool to test user demand."

E-Commerce

The Trap

Want to try a 3D configurator or AR view but unsure of browser performance.

The POC Fix

A performance-focused technical spike to prove feasibility across devices.

Recent Example

"AR furniture placement viewer that ran at 60fps on mobile web, greenlighting the project."

Don't see your industry?

Innovation isn't industry-specific. If you have a complex idea that needs technical validation, we adapt our stack to your specific constraints.

Adaptive Tech Stack

We don't force a one-size-fits-all stack. We analyze your long-term goals and choose the best tools for the job.

Frontend Agnostic

UI Framework

React, Vue, Svelte, or Astro—whatever provides the best performance and developer experience for your team.

Flexible Backend

Server Logic

Node.js, Go, Python, or Serverless functions. We architect for your specific traffic and computational needs.

Modern Code Standards

Quality Assurance

TypeScript for type safety, automated linting, and modular architecture to ensure the code is maintainable.

Any Infrastructure

Deployment

We deploy where you need it. AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, or your own on-premise bare metal servers.

You own everything.

Unlike agencies that hold your code hostage, TENEX believes in complete transparency. At the end of the sprint, we hand over the keys. It is your IP.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after the 4 weeks?

You have options. You can take the code and hire your own team, or you can retain TENEX for a 'Growth Retainer' where we continue to iterate based on user feedback.

Is this just a prototype or real code?

It is real, production-grade code. We don't use 'no-code' tools. We write clean, scalable code (usually TypeScript) that serves as a solid foundation for V2.

Do you only use Next.js?

No. While we love the JS ecosystem, we adapt our stack to your requirements. If you need high-concurrency Go or data-heavy Python, we build with that.

Can you sign an NDA?

Absolutely. We sign a mutual NDA before our first discovery call to ensure your intellectual property is safe.

Have an idea worth building?

Don't let it die in your notebook. Let's validate it in 30 days.
